Getting started

I’ve never tried VR before. Is that okay?

Absolutely. Our staff walk you through the headset, controls, and game choices. We have plenty of beginner-friendly experiences.

How early should I arrive?

Aim for about 10 minutes before your booked start time so you can check in, look at games, and get set up.

Do you take walk-ins?

Yes. Walk-ins are welcome when stations are free. Booking online is best for weekends, parties, and busy times. Book in Kamloops.

Is there an age limit?

Players need to be at least 7 years old. Younger kids often struggle with controls or headset fit. Under 13 needs guardian supervision. Under 18 needs a guardian signature on our waiver.

Playing VR

Can I wear glasses?

Often yes, if your frames fit comfortably in the headset. Many people try without glasses first (or use contacts). Headsets also have focus adjustments.

What if I feel motion sick?

Start with limited-motion or teleport-style games. Staff can recommend comfortable options. Smooth locomotion and rollercoaster-style titles are more intense. If it gets to be too much, tell us - we can switch games or take a break.

What footwear do I need?

Shoes off in the play area. Socks required. Exceptions can be made for mobility needs.

What is the Kamloops venue like?

Kamloops is our original dedicated VR arcade: guided stations, parent-friendly seating, and private party bookings that rent the whole venue for your group.

Parties & groups

How many players for a Kamloops party?

Parties are best for about 6-15 players. Bigger than about 15-20 starts to get tight in our space. Party bookings are a private venue rental. See Kamloops party packages.

Can we bring cake and food?

Yes. We have tables for cake, food, and presents. Outside food and drink are fine if kept off the play areas.

What is the cancellation / refund policy?

Please give at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Party deposits can be refunded when cancelled with at least 24 hours notice.

Pricing & booking

How much does a regular session cost?

Walk-in / booked station play starts around $33 per hour per station. Monday to Thursday same-day play is 15% off. Full rates and deals.

Where are you in Kamloops, and where do I park?

#101 - 1150 Hillside Drive, Aberdeen Court (across from Aberdeen Mall, beside Popeye’s Supplements and Subway). The plaza has a few levels of parking. Map & hours.

How about accessibility?

Our facility and bathrooms are wheelchair accessible. Many experiences work seated or with minimal controls. Unsure if VR is a fit? Ask about a free 10-minute trial and we will help you decide.
