I've never tried VR before!
No problem! Our staff are here to help you every step of the way, and we'll make sure you have a great experience.
We have plenty of content that is great for beginners.
How early should I arrive?
We recommend arriving 10 minutes before your session is scheduled to start.
This will allow you to check in, browse our VR library, and get ready for your session.
Is there an age limit to play?
Minimum of 7 years old to play. Small children may have trouble using the controls or comfortably wearing the headset.
Under 13 requires guardian supervision. Under 18 requires a guardian signature on our waiver.
Can I wear glasses?
Yes, depending on the size of your frames if they will comfortably fit in the headset.
Depending on your eye prescription, they may or may not be neccessary for a quality visual experience.
We recommend trying without glasses first, and then deciding if you need them - or wear contacts if possible.
The headsets have focus adjustments as well to better align with your eyes.
What if I feel motion sick?
We recommend sticking with games and experiences that have limited motion or teleportation movement styles.
Our staff can recommend the most popular and best options for you. Rarely with these types of titles does motion sickness occur,
however with the more advanced VR games that feature "smooth motion" movement, or things such as rollercoaster experiences, it can definitely be disorienting.
If it becomes too much, please let us know and we can help you either find another experience, or take a break. Relax on the couch and drink some water!
What type of footwear do I need?
We ask that you take off your shoes before entering the play area. Socks required. Exceptions can be made for mobility concerns.
Is there space for food / cake / presents?
We have tables that can be used for food, cake, presents, or whatever you want!
Outside food and drink may be brought in as long as it is kept off the play areas.
What is the cancellation / refund policy?
We ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.
Party deposits can be refunded if cancelled with at least 24 hours notice.
How about accessibility?
Our facility and bathrooms are wheelchair accessible.
We have plenty of experiences that require minimal or no interaction, can be played seated or with a single controller.
Our staff is more than happy to accomodate and help the best we can!
